The demons killed Farkas at the Battle of Fort Neugrad and his widow is pissed as all hell. Unfortunately for said demons, that widow happens to be Lilianna Lovieve, otherwise known as the Last Dragonborn.

In the aftermath of the Siege of Whiterun on the 23^rd of Sun's Dawn, 4E 205 the Dragonborn was appointed as the commander of all of Skyrim's forces, now consisting of werewolves and a few hundred dragons. More than a match for the demonic hordes; they drove them out of the province, liberated Hammerfell from the angels within six months, and turned the tide of the war in Tamriel.

Lilianna's blade was forged by Mehrunes Dagon's greatest blacksmiths deep in the heart of the Deadlands and her warpaint is a homage to that worn by her late husband. Her armour is that of the Whiterun guards.
